It took a while to get together but we finally got out fishing. Francois is a respected carpenter/builder on Quadra Island. I worked for, and with, him this winter and spring, building an extension to the kitchen at Gowland Harbour Resort. It was a month or two since we first talked about going fishing, and especially because he wanted to take Marie fishing. But it took a while before all three of us had a day.
